Free Education Series about Climate Change
Spring and Autumn 2010

Friends of Christie Pits Park have been awarded a Live Green Toronto grant to host an education series about climate change!

Topics will include local food, the urban forest, biodiversity, power and water conservation.

Pizza Nights return!
Friday Evenings from 5 - 7 pm until 25 June 2010

Pizza Night in the Park

Our Friday Night Pizza in the Park began on 7 May 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and is going strong. This is a great community event and loads of fun for your whole family. A suggested donation of six dollars gets you an entire wood fired pizza. Take a turn at the rolling table and get to know your neighbours. Come early so as not to be disappointed - we can't make more than 60 pizzas and sometimes run out before 7!
